Who is the online shop available to?
Due to delivery restrictions, the online shop is available only to residents & businesses located Baltimore City and surrounding counties. Other areas please call 410.727.3184 for pricing.
Which specific areas/counties in Maryland do you make deliveries to for online orders and what are the delivery fees for those areas?
- Baltimore City: $15
- Baltimore County: $18
- Northern Anne Arundel County: $20
- Howard County: $25
- Harford County: $30
What if I live outside of the above counties but want Fleur De Lis Floral Design to make a special arrangement or design florals for an event?
No problem! Please give us a call at (410) 727-3184 to let us know your request. We would be happy to provide you with a free custom quote!
How much in advance do I need to order?
All orders online should be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee delivery. Cut off time for same day delivery is at 1pm. If you have a special case and need your flowers to be delivered sooner, please give us a call at (410) 727-3184 to see if something can be arranged.
When do my flowers get delivered?
Deliveries are typically made by customer request in the AM or PM until 5pm. If you need flowers delivered by a specific time, please call us at (410) 727-3184.
Can you promise me specific flowers?
Yes, but only based upon seasonal availability. We need at least 24 hours in advance of your desired delivery time to check for specific flowers. What we always promise is to keep the same look and feel of the arrangement you're searching for, in the color scheme that you choose.
What's your return policy?
If you're unhappy with your arrangement, in any way, call us immediately at (410) 727-3184 so we can amend whatever the situation may be. We may exchange flowers if they don't hold up less than 3 days after receiving them as long as the flowers have been cared for properly.
